Information Technology Services

Information Technology Services has the following forms available for you to request special services.

Check out technology equipment

Use this form to reserve equipment to check out the following equipment:

  • Laptops
  • Clicker sets
  • iPads
  • iPad stands with microphones
  • Conference phones

To check out the equipment, you must come to the Bush Library Central Service Desk on the first floor of Bush Library. Please bring your ID and allow 10 to 20 minutes to go through the checkout process. The parameters under which technological equipment will be loaned to 射精视频 employees and students by 射精视频 ITS is ruled by the ITS Technology Equipment Loan Policy (view on Policies page).

Google Groups and Sites request form

Use this form to request Google groups and/or Google Sites. The turnaround time for a Google Group is three business days. To understand their terms of use, please visit the Google Apps for Education Groups Policy (view on Policies page) and Google Sites Policy (view on Policies page). Log in with your 射精视频 Google account to use the form.

App implementation request

Use the  to request the evaluation of applications that require 射精视频 Google Credentials for authentication. Apps that will be used by the 射精视频 community to accomplish work and/or classroom related tasks must be evaluated through this process. Requests are evaluated periodically, at least once per term; please plan accordingly. For more information, see

Software installation

Please first review the Computer Lab Software Policy before making a request, and review the applications currently available in the computer labs by checking the document. If you feel a specific software program still needs to be installed in a computer lab or classroom, contact the Central Service Desk with your request. 

WebEx host account with call-in telephone capability

Complete this form to request a host account for 射精视频's WebEx Conferencing System with Telephony (call-in with telephone capability). Prior to completing this form, please review the , which highlights the per user fees associated with Telephony.
